Our PCC
News from our PCC
Earlier this year, the PCC commissioned Dr Nicholas Thistlethwaite, an acknowledged organ expert, to review various proposals for the restoration, reconstruction or replacement of the organ which is currently in urgent need of attention. This is a very complex and difficult issue which may well give rise to quite different points of view. Although it is the members of the PCC who will eventually take the decision, it is very important that members of the congregation are as fully informed as possible and may ask whatever questions they wish to ask. The congregation are encouraged to speak to any member of the PCC or to email pcc-organ@stthomassalisbury.co.uk. Please ensure your name is on the email. The only people who will be able to read those messages will be members of the PCC.
The PCC meets eight times a year and is responsible for all the major decisions concerning the life of the church.
Our Annual Parochial Church Meeting is held in the church each year in April. The official notice for the latest meeting is here.
