The St Thomas’s Café Cook Book
is now on sale as a fundraising project for Quest 2020. It contains mouth-watering recipes, from a range of savoury dishes to an abundance of cakes, biscuits and desserts.
The new publication contain 55 recipes from members of St Thomas’s and well-wishers. Several independent cafés in Salisbury have also generously contributed recipes of their most popular choices – many of which have not been published before. We are very grateful to all who have contributed, and to our sponsors Forkingout Ltd and Fisherton Mill Gallery and Café.
Recipes have also come from The Antelope Café, Bernières Tea Room, Dinghams Café, Henderson’s Artisan Bakery and Café, Salisbury Cathedral Refectory Restaurant, The Yard and from our own Robert Lewis of Britford Farm Shop.
At £5 a copy, and with costs covered by sponsorship and donations, all proceeds will go to QUEST 2020.
Copies may be bought in Salisbury at:
• Fisherton Mill
• Britford Farm Shop
• from the Parish Office (NB cash sales only)
• at the Coffee Mornings on the third Saturday of each month
