Nave Refurbishment

In the first five weeks of 2020 St Thomas's made what is probably the most extensive set of changes to the interior of the church since Victorian times, using funds from the church's reserves plus those raised in the Quest 2020 campaign. This followed on from the cleaning and stabilising of the church's famous Doom painting and two panels of its angel-laden ceiling done in late 2019. The refurbishment allows St Thomas's to provide an attractive, inspiring and flexible space for church and community events.
