Children & Young People

St Thomas's treasures the place of children and young people within our community. If you would like to bring children to a service, they are very welcome. There is a play area for younger children near the font, and all are welcome to use this during services or at any other time the church is open.

We are also recruiting new assistants and leaders for our children's work! If you are part of St Thomas's and feel called to this hugely important work, then please read the documents about this and get in touch with the Revd Wendy Cooper via the Parish Office.

Sunday Morning 10.15

On a Sunday Morning, a small group of volunteers offers activities in the children's area for younger children (roughly from 3 to 7 years old), and all are welcome to this. There is no upper age limit for the children's activities on a Sunday morning, but older children (and adults!) are encouraged to join the main act of worship. If you have very small children, they are very welcome indeed, but please ensure that you can accompany them at all times.

If you have any questions about provision for children and younger people, please ask one of the clergy, or contact Rev'd Anna-Claar Thomasson-Rosingh via the Parish Office.
